Mail Boxes At Golf Club Broken Into Last Night
Once again thieves have broken into the mailboxes located on Golf Club Rd. USPS is aware of the vandalism and hopefully will be able to upgrade/replace boxes ASAP. In the meantime, residents affected will be required to pick up their mail at the Commerce location, please bring photo ID for mail pickup. We will be requesting that USPS replace ALL remaining boxes at this location. The new boxes are more secure, but the remaining older mail box stands will still be susceptible to vandalism until they are replaced. Again, we encourage all residents to pick up their mail DAILY, if possible. Residents can also sign up for daily emails from USPS that will describe what is being delivered that day. Go to USPS.COM and sign up for Informed delivery, it’s convenient and free. Commerce Postal Station is extremely busy, be prepared to wait in line and bring a photo ID with your address.
