Non-compliance by owners can result in great costs to owners and/ or their heirs. Avoid this situation and please check with the Covenants and clarify with the HOA Board before starting your remodel. We are here to assist you!
2026 SRSSOA ANNUAL MEETING
The 2026 Annual General Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday November 5th.
Location: Temple Beth-El 3980 Sonoma Springs Ave, Las Cruces, NM 88011
Time: Doors open @6pm, meeting will start as soon as check-in and a quorum has been established.
Owners will begin receiving their annual meeting notice in the mail soon. If you’re unable to attend in person, we ask that you return the provided proxy to an owner that will be attending OR by sending your signed and dated proxy to the HOA Management Company. The address for Ebbs, Roberts, Daw is provided on the Meeting notice letterhead.
Owners are strongly encouraged to attend this one annual meeting.
About SRSSOA
Our purpose is to protect the integrity and value of the subdivision by maintaining and improving the common areas, representing the interests of the owners (as a group), and ensuring that concerns of the owners are adequately represented to the City of Las Cruces and other organizations. The Association is led by a Board of Directors elected by the membership.
