Thanks to all who participated in the Sonoma Ranch South Spring Garage Sale!
Weeds, animal waste and pruning, oh my!
More and more folks are walking the community streets as the mornings are earlier and cooler. Please do your part by keeping shrubs and plantings from encroaching the public sidewalks, staying on top of fast growing weeds, and picking up any waste left by your pet. It’s the courteous and neighborly thing to do!
Sonoma Ranch South HOA still seeking volunteers for Board Members at Large and several Committee positions.
Our next meeting is scheduled for June 15th, 9am @ Sunset Grill. The Board meets in person quarterly. Most business is conducted via email/ text. Don’t have time to be a Board member? We have openings on the Design Review, Landscaping, Budget &Planning, and Covenant Compliance Committees. The Committees meet and report to, the Board. Hope to see you there!
About SRSSOA
The purpose of the Owners Association
Our purpose is to protect the integrity and value of the subdivision by maintaining and improving the common areas, representing the interests of the owners (as a group), and ensuring that concerns of the owners are adequately represented to the City of Las Cruces and other organizations. The Association is led by a Board of Directors elected by the membership.

Statistics show that only 30% of Americans know their neighbors well enough. We'd like to triple that number!
