HOA General Meeting Dec 4, 2025
Thanks to those in attendance and to those who sent proxies, we reached a quorum and were able to conduct official HOA business. The Board’s proposed budget, including the annual dues increase, was reviewed and passed unanimously. An annual dues increase of $50, raises the total annual HOA dues to $150, which will be due in January 2026.

The purpose of the Owners Association
Our purpose is to protect the integrity and value of the subdivision by maintaining and improving the common areas, representing the interests of the owners (as a group), and ensuring that concerns of the owners are adequately represented to the City of Las Cruces and other organizations. The Association is led by a Board of Directors elected by the membership.

Statistics show that only 30% of Americans know their neighbors well enough. We'd like to triple that number!
