Annual General Membership Meeting November 6th @6p; Doors open at 5:30p
Invitation, projected budget and meeting agenda were mailed to all residents’ address of record
Please plan to be present at the meeting if possible. If unable to attend, please provide your proxy vote, using the Proxy Form to another member who will be attending. We look forward to seeing you there!
Mailboxes Update
The vandalized mailboxes located at the Golf Club Rd site, have been removed and replaced with new mailboxes by the USPS. The Board has been informed, once the boxes have been labeled, those residents affected will be able to retrieve their new mailbox keys when available at the Commerce Dr location. Please continue to collect your mail at the USPS until you are provided access. Remember to bring proof of residence for both mail retrieval and the issuing of new keys.
About SRSSOA
Our purpose is to protect the integrity and value of the subdivision by maintaining and improving the common areas, representing the interests of the owners (as a group), and ensuring that concerns of the owners are adequately represented to the City of Las Cruces and other organizations. The Association is led by a Board of Directors elected by the membership.
