This is an alert to check your mailbox at Golf Club Rd. A break-in has been reported. Not all residents are affected. If your mailbox has been tampered with, you will only be able to pick up your mail at the Commerce Rd USPS Office. We strongly suggest that you place a hold on your mail. You can do this online or in person at the post office. This will prevent your mail from “taking a ride” with the carrier, and will be available for pick up on any given day. Additionally, this is not the first time these mailboxes have been vandalized. As in the past, the HOA Board encourages all residents pick up mail daily, arrange for your mail to be picked up by a neighbor or held at the Post Office if you are away, and sign up for the free “Informed Delivery ” notifications. You can sign up for Informed delivery by searching for “USPS Informed Delivery” and following the directions. Informed delivery notifies the resident what mail is expected in that day’s delivery. If you’re expecting something in particular, it’s a great way to know when it is arriving.
At this time, the Postal Service has not provided a concrete timeline for when the affected mailboxes will be repaired.
Hello All,
While we are thankful for the much needed rains, along with that rain, comes unappreciated flooding, run-off and weeds.
Please do your best to maintain your yards weed-free. As you do so, monitor the increasing temperatures in the coming weeks and stay hydrated to prevent health issues.
Letters will be sent to those neglectful of the covenants in the coming days.
Our next meeting is scheduled for September 15th, 9am @ Sunset Grill. The Board meets in person quarterly. Most business is conducted via email/ text. Don’t have time to be a Board member?
