• Rain brings weeds.

  Hello All,

  While we are thankful for the much needed rains, along with that rain, comes unappreciated flooding, run-off and weeds.

  Please do your best to maintain your yards weed-free. As you do so, monitor the increasing temperatures in the coming weeks and stay hydrated to prevent health issues.

  Letters will be sent to those neglectful of the covenants in the coming days.

• Weeds, animal waste and pruning, oh my!

  More and more folks are walking the community streets as the mornings are earlier and cooler. Please do your part by keeping shrubs and plantings from encroaching the public sidewalks, staying on top of fast growing weeds, and picking up any waste left by your pet. It’s the courteous and neighborly thing to do!

• Sonoma Ranch South HOA still seeking volunteers for Board Members at Large and several Committee positions.

  Our next meeting is scheduled for September 15th, 9am @ Sunset Grill. The Board meets in person quarterly. Most business is conducted via email/ text. Don’t have time to be a Board member? We have openings on the Design Review, Landscaping, Budget &Planning, and Covenant Compliance Committees. The Committees meet and report to, the Board. Hope to see you there!
